delondeville featuring JIHAD - Hey young World feat. JIHAD

about

Hey young world is a dusty scratch melodie letting the guitars do all the talking. A digging in the crates sample no one has heard of trickled over some clashing cymbals and 808 kicks sends this track head over heels of itself. Delondeville plays with his words on this one. His punch lines scream jay z meets lil wayne but on a non chalont tip. Deville paints the world and its materialistic ways that raise the question ..when is enough ..enough.. and for that how long does one have to hold on to the dream before they let go. And for that the hook sums up the angle while the lyrics fortell another angle as delondeville puts streetlife and its parafenelia so to speak against life and its obstacles. The two mesh together very well and make perfect sense. On this track delondeville feature his first cousin both sharing birthdays in the same month are very tight in real life. Delondeville's cousin Jihad swoons over the chorus melodically making the hook sound epic over each verse. Jihad was a good look for the hook and adds a very different style to the track. Jihad sounds like a modern day el debarge as he swoons over the beat. This track is a favorite and packs a message.
